The other day on the HWY I saw an old pickup truck that didn't have a tail gate. Tied in the back where 2 border collies on about 6 inch leads. The 2 dogs were having a fight, I mean a full bore I am going to kill you fight. The only thing they could reach on each other was eachothers face. I called animal control, but knowing how things are here in Wyoming they didn't do anything, and I wonder how the 2 dogs are doing. I don't know how the man couldn't hear them fighting they were tied right by the cab. |
