Keeping pedialyte pops sounds like a good idea. Many dogs will eat ice cubes. I would try 50/50 with the pedialyte and chicken broth. At the very least, you're getting fluids into him. This is what I do when one of my guys has diarrhea and has to be on clear liquids for 24 hours.
