Welcome! Glad she found someone willing to rescue. Are you in contact with the rescue group? They may have additional suggestions.

First, she's only been there 3 days. Give the girl a chance. She need time to adjust. She may be uneasy and uncertain of what to do. Getting a crate for her might be something you'll want to think about. (see below)

That, and she may need some additional activity. How many times does she get to go for a walk? For how long? And have you found some obedience classes?

Rottweilers thrive on being with their people. Classes and walks and playing games, like hide and seek in a fenced area, or tossing a ball, all qualify as fun! And I can guarantee, you won't regret one minute of time you spend training and working with your dog. It comes back warmly, in the form of a bond and loyalty and trust, from your dog.

The more you occupy her mind and body the better pet you'll have. Rottweilers are an intellegent, thinking breed. If you fail to keep them occupied, they will find things you don't like. Generally out of boredom.

Don't leave stuffed toys laying about, unless they are hers. Some are shredders, some take care of some toys, but not others. She should have a basket or container for toys that are just hers. If you have a child, you'll have to redirect her to her own, more durable toys. She'll learn.

Back to the crate. You can hit the search button on the blue strip above and type in "crate training." Crates also work well for when you are not able to supervise or when you leave the house.

What did you name your girl?

To the OP: Koda is such a great name!
