I'm sorry Diesel was hurt and I too hope others take notice of your experience and never leave a dog unrestrained on the back of a moving vehicle.
In Australia it's against to law to have an dog not secured on the back of a vehicle. They must be securely leashed to a bracket on the floor of the vehicle or be in a crate that is properly secured to the vehicle. |
