My Rott was diagnosed with megasopogus. He did not however have focalized mystenia gravis. We found feeding him small meals and keeping him elevated for at least 10 minutes helped the food go down Was a radigraph done , to determine the extent of the enlargement of the esophogus(if any) . We evenutally built a feeding table that was shoulder height and cut 2 holes in the top. The holes kept the bowls in place. Hope this helps.
