A very good (or I should say bad) example why the penny shaker is NOT a training tool!!!
For decades and more, people have trained dogs very well, just establishing leadership and using bodylanguage and their voice!!!
What is the purpose of scaring the crap out of a dog???
...and a mentally sound dog will enjoy to bite and shake the "penny can"
