When diping my dog, I guess I should fill up a deep tub with the mix and then soak the entire dog, right? I only washed her today with the solution as best I could and in the end I just poured the enire bucket over her.
She's 6 months and 23 days old.
I feel so sorry for her.
Donna - if it's genetic - then likely it is demodectic which passes from mom to puppies.....although not all puppies in a litter will show symptoms. Demodectic mange can be tough to finally overcome, but thankfully, having the dog mature seems to help speed the process! The biggest concern seems to be the secondary infections that result from the itching/hair loss - keep her really clean and as cool/dry as possible between dips........and Good luck!!!
