I really should carry copies with me to hand out wherever I go! I can't tell you how many people tell me they want a dog "just like Joy because she does NOT need any training to be good." 
I turn blue in the face trying to explain just how much training is needed to have a dog behave as Joy does in the public situations in which they see her!
