Thanks MontanaRott. I know about the joint supplements with msm and would not have a problem with those. These are supposed to help repair and replace fluid to the joint. It seems though that the only benefit of msm is to reduce pain. From what I have read, it does nothing to improve the condition on its own. Glad to know it works for you guys.
