| I have two adult rottweilers. Both had wavy coats when they shed out of their fluffy puppy fur. Misty had a completely straight coat by the time she was a year and a half. It started to straighten out from the neck and the croup was the last to straighten out. My male on the other hand is still wavy at age 4. he was a show dog and did very well. I would not worry about it unless it gets an open coat- ie you can see the undercoat.
