My BF's Akita had Giardia and was treated, but the diarrhea never really went away....he tried all sorts of things.
Finally, he went on a different antibiotic (Tylosin?) and switched from California natural to a bland food prescribed by the vet.
He's been fine ever since. We think the California Natural just didn't agree with him. |
