My dog Brando used to get red bumps by his groin..when he was a young pup..I thought it was an allergy or ringworm. We took him to the vet and the vet said it was chafing. His rear legs were rubbing against his belly/groin.

The vet recommended putting powder on that area. It worked. Once he passed the 'funny' puppy stage we didn't have any more issues w/ it.

I'd take him to a vet tho just to make sure it's nothing serious.
