One of the newer treatments for Giardia is panacur. Given once a day for 5 days (weight based dose). Some of the current strains are resistant to the standard treatment of flagyl. This may be something you want to ask your vet about.
You could also ask to have her checked for coccidia (not normally run in a standard fecal exam).
