Your pup is a BABY! Problems do not go away in a week. They do not grow up in a week. Patience is virtue. Redirect, redirect, redirect...and you will probably do so for months! Wear crappy clothes when home. SHe wants to chew, give her something to chew, hence...redirect. Show her what she CAN chew on.

There is no quick fix, unless you want to crush your puppy's spirit. She does not know what is expected of her yet. Heck, she may have JUST learned her name! Does she know what "NO" means yet? Probably not, so why not work on that in all your situations.
