I just re-read the post about replacing the litter reg on Sasha. if what the breeder says is true. If they have simply lost or misplaced it and AKC verifies that the litter was indeed registered you should be able to get a duplicate. godreyc is absolutely correct. You will need the breeder to write a simple note that can be mailed with payment. I would however not wait for the breeder to do it on his own. I would take pen and paper, maybe a plate of cookies, a 6 pack or a bottle of scotch and schmooz him into writing that note while I was there and put that in the mail with my own little hand. I think you are going to get this done. You are not a quitter!!!
