Not to sound TOO harsh, but you don't know enough about the breed to know that there are no differences between a 'German' Rottweiler and an 'American' Rottweiler with the exception of their place of birth (being Germany or America), then you don't know enough yet to breed your bitch.
I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume because of the lack of knowledge of her background, she is not registered, why are you considering breeding her in the first place?
The money you actually SPEND on breeding and PROPERLY raising a litter of puppies to 8+ weeks of age far outweighs what you could make.
Do some research, buy some books, talk to reputable breeders, research this site, PLEASE reconsider breeding your bitch.
