I know there are a few members that have dogs of the same sex that do not get along and those dogs have to be kept seperate.
I am currently in that situation.
I will be the first to admit that it is very hard to have this type of situation. I had problems before with males and now the problem is with females. The situation is being managed but there have been a few growls through a fence and alot of hard stares. If they are together at all a big fight breaks out so they have to be totaly seperated.
The question I had was do you think the tension can affect a puppy? Can this affect his attitude toward other dogs? Chopper is 6 months old and just a doll. He loves all other dogs but it has crossed my mind that this may not be good for him since he is just a pup and so impressionable. Funny thing is he adores the foster and the other dog is his mom
