The FH will be extremely hard, I would wait until someone could help you with the tracking.
The rule book is vauge on the BH. Here are some suggestions:
Make sure you dog can do a long down under distraction with you out of sight. (Another dog doing the routine close by).
Make sure you know the count of the steps in each leg of the routine.
Make sure your dog is used to bicycles, cars and people passing by.
Make sure your dog will be OK stake out alone. A crowd will converge on your dog and another dog will pass by.
