You might want to search google for off leash dog areas or dog parks and the area you live in. A lot of times local park districts have those or forest preserves and so on. Fees may apply, my dog park fee is $45/year which I think is very reasonable and worth the money. Google will do the trick
. I take 30-45 min walks with my 4.5 month old pup and that still doesn't do much she's still hyper. It's when we go to a dog park and she runs wild with other pups that gets her energy off, the running lasts about 20 minutes and she's literally done for the day
