| ITCHING NEAR TAIL DOCK
Sammy is having an itching problem our little guy weighed in at 42lbs last monday, and our vet had us complete his transfer to adult dog food, we had been weaning him for 3 weeks. She felt it was neccessary because he seemed a bit round to her, she also cut him back to 5 and 1/2 cups food as opposed to the 8 cups he would eat during the timed feedings we give him. But, to the point he has been very itchy around his nub (tail), and hind leg area, she checked for fleas when we were there. Is it possible he is having a food allergy, he is on Eukanuba large breed dog food, not lamb and rice.
Any suggestions would be appreciated, I hate seeing him so itchy.
