thanks guys... i'm off to figure out how to get some blood to this place in michigan! i guess it sounds like i should dig deeper into the thyroid hunch and not so much the kibble - thanks for the info, frontierrots. although i am going to continue keeping a closer eye on guinness' "extraneous" food intake.
