Now that Denver has won in court and they are allowed to have breed bans, several other communities are following suit. Aurora and Commerce City have both begun actions to ban pit bulls. Suggestions are welcome for how we can petition Colorado legislature to close the loop holes in their law that prevented breed banning. It won't be long before Rottweilers are on that list as well. |
