| Bland is best. Chopped meat and rice, or boiled chicken and rice. The last time Nina had an episode the vet recommended white rice, chopped hard-boiled egg and chicken broth. You can't stay on it long because it has next to no nutritional value.
IMO - talk to your vet. Try cutting back on the food before you switch to a new one. If she is suffering from IBD, switching foods will only irritate her intestines more. It could be that she is just being overfed.
Also, alot of the dogs here on Evo are high-performance, adult dogs. It's a hot food for a puppy... alot of ingredients, high in calories. Yes, it is a good food, but you might want to hold back on it.
I know it's frustrating, just hang in there. Remember, quick moves will make it worse, even if you have the best intentions.
