Personally I think everyone who places dogs or pups should be required to chip them, then these strays at shelters could be tracked and people held accountable in addition to dogs finding their owners

Emily is "chipped" also but I'm curious about one thing. Why would you "chip" a puppy that you are placing in
your name?
