| I wonder what Mr. Spindler's bosses would say when shown proof that he had not only critiqued a spayed bitch in the veteran class, he placed her. He gave no ratings to any of the three veteran bitches, but I know for a fact that one was spayed. By then Mr. Spindler had to know that it was possible that a spayed bitch would be entered in the veteran class.
