| No one in this thread has said Francis was the bad guy....please point out where that was said. USRC has also not tried to place blame with Francis, they have apologized to her and refunded her money. She had every right to be upset, and the point of me posting Dee's email was to give an "official" point of view from USRC (since I doubt most people who have replied to this thread are members, and therefore can't read the "members only" board and see the discussion on this issue), and to show that USRC is working to figure out how to handle this for the future.
So what email would be a slap in your face, and why?
