| I don't know much about show work, okay I don't know anything and maybe I am taking some words people have said here wrong but why she Francis the bad guy here. Personally I would be spitting nails. Rules are rules. They didn't give notice to dogs that were being entered about the FCI rules. Rules stated she could enter her vet dog even though he was fixed. They should of upheld those rules because no one was notified about FCI rules. Duncan should have been judged..period. It shouldn't matter if Francis, Monica, the hot vendor, etc.. where in the ring that is not why the dog was Disqualified. I'm sure Francis spent alot of time training her dog and working with her handler to prepare for this show because as she understood it her dog could be entered.
