| Heidi, you made a very selfless and humane decision. I too made this decision last week...for sure the hardest decision I have ever had to make. My first dog too. I remember when I brought him home and I knew that I would be his everything...and that meant also at the end, just me and him... but then I thought that is a long time from now. Somehow seven years went by like it was yesterday. I am so sorry for your loss and the emptiness now in your home. |
