| I am also glad she was returned. She LOVES to play tug with her new toy. I got her what looks like a long dog about 18inches long. The head has a squeeker and the tail end has something that sounds like a duck call in it. She also loves a scrap of fur that I had for making dreamcatchers with. She even fetched :) mind you it was only once but she did it with gusto. I am very lucky that I got her. She will follow me when she is on the leash (when ever we go out she is on the leash). She has a bright future as she is going to be my mobility assistant dog and hopefully I can also teach her to alert me to my asthma attacks. This way she will always be with me.
The thing that I think most people forget when they see puppies is that it is not all play. It is getting up in the middle of the night, it is the pee on the carpet, the moments we say to ourselfs why did I want this little monster? Can any of you remember saying that to yourself?
BTW I have a little cat toy that looks like a ball with a bell in it. Should I not let her play with, I mean can she distroy it and swollow the bell? I am not sure it is puppy proof.
One more thing. She has a harness on (for easy grabbing whens he starts to pee on the floor or grab something she is not supposed to, also to position her so I can lower her out onto the ground as I dont want her jumping down 3 steps from the house, or the other thousand things you need to hang on to a puppy for) How often should I take it off of her?
