| I had one of those precooked whole chickens my DH left the carcass on the coffee table instead of taking it to the trash outside. At the time the big dogs were crated at night, but the little ones had run of the house. Next morning when I get up all that is left if the container. I was livid and it was much to late to do anything about it. Everything came out just fine though, no vomiting or diarrhea.
I would be concerned about inducing vomiting if he crunched it up and caused bone splinters. I don't know if letting things move more slowly and naturally might be better or not...
