Congrats on your new young dog.
She won't hate you, she's merely undergoing a surgical procedure that will make both your lives easier, since you're not breeding her.
One thing I would suggest is getting her into a good training class, and continue this for the next year or two. She will LOVE you for it.
At this age, keep her leashed, and get her used to you. Never ask her for a behavior unless you can control the outcome (the reason for the leash). Start teaching her control around the house, and be patient with her - she's in new surroundings, and needs to learn the ropes. Set her up for success, and she'll thank you for it for years to come. There's lots of good reading material about various humane training methods out there, so I'd likely spend my time learning about that, as well as getting her out and about to see the world around her.
