Hi Sue. Again I think Herc and Cyrus are littermates! 
I use the harness with the seat belt attachment too. It gives him enough space to move around a bit but keeps him safely in the back seat where he belongs!
Actually the seat belt went a long way in helping to train him to be a good boy in the car in general.
