Marking. If the dog is in his own fenced yard, he is indeed marking his territory. If he is elsewhere, he should be on leash and you control whether he is allowed to mark or not.
Humping. There is no excuse for allowing any dog to engage in humping behavior (unless it is a planned breeding with a bitch in standing heat). It should be corrected emphatically enough that it is not repeated. This goes double and triple if he is presuming to hump a person. |
