Please do not buy a pup from a kennel that is USDA Licenced and Inspected
....this means it is a puppy mill...nothing more nothing less.
Only commercial breeders need to be USDA Licenced , these means the person is breeding commercialy, making their living off of selling dogs.
Puppy farmers.
