Be sure to be gentle with yourself. Take all the time you need to cry and grieve. My Diva died of lymphoma a month ago and all I did was cry, read, novels and watch tv for two weeks. It has been very hard not having a dog in the house but mourning will run its course (though you will always think of her). Be gentle with yourself and you will make it through. |
