For what it is worth......
When the Rottweiler was found on the many lists of "dangerous dogs" in Germany during the fury a couple of years ago, there was discussion about removing the protection phrase from the breeding suitability test because it was thought that this might contribute to the breed's public perception as being dangerous. As things have become more sensible there, I have heard no more about this. |
