It sounds to me like this pup is bored, and knows exactly what to do to get your attention! And it's certainly working! Is he in Obedience classes? If not, get him enrolled and start training. If he's acting out like this now, it's only going to escalate as he gets older, and that can be very problematic with a strong breed like ours. Training isn't optional with the Rottweiler, it's mandatory!
Get this young one in classes now and you'll never stop thanking yourself! The pay-off is a well-behaved, well-adjusted companion that you'll be proud of!
