My thoughts exactly!

I just had an incident on our walk today that I had to stop and pry my dog's mouth open. We were passing by a convenience store and apparantly someone had dropped a twinkie or a piece of cake. I didn't see it but Sonny did!

From a nice heel he swooped his head down so fast to snatch it up that I had no idea what was in his mouth (I wasn't even sure anything was even in his mouth since he continued to walk without chewing). When I said "Drop It" and he looked a little sheepish I knew something was in there.

I had to pry his mouth and shake his head to get it to fall out. He wasn't expecting that as he gave a whimper as I pried his mouth open quickly and shook his head from side to side. Maybe he'll think twice next time. But I do know this...I will be trying Judi's trick!
