Since I am in Maryland that legislation is too close geographically for my comfort level.
BTW - do you think letters from outside the area - written as potential TOURISTS to Washington DC - would have an impact?? - Something along the line of well we would LIKE to visit the Nations Capital but if my dog is not welcome we will spend our tourist dollars elsewhere??
