I know of a rottweiler, locally that is not only being shown (as a special since he is finished  ), but he is being bred and he has a white spot on his chest. I recently saw a picture of this particular male and a couple of his littermates some of which also had white on their chest (one had quite a bit).
I personally wouldn't buy a dog with white on it's chest if I was planning on showing or breeding it.
