| Re: Questions possibly pregnant Rott She hasn't been spayed yet because it's in the contract not to spay until 24 months of age. She has an awesome breedr I talked to her for the first time the other night and she is really informative and you can tell she cares alot for her puppies. She said she does have some pet quality rotts when she breeds and sells they on a contract for spay/nueter but had had some problems with dogs being fixed to young so she changed the contract from 6 months to 24 months. She said she has been breeding for 19 years and has had 9 litters. Holly is her H litter. Not sure what an H litter is but I guess that's what she is. She defintily doesn't want Holly breed, I can tell from talking to her that's not her intention. She said she keeps puppies for show but Holly is a masculian female and didn't think she'd do well in the ring so she sold her as pet quality on a spay contract. Next time Nick goes to California Holly and Nick are going to stay with Holly's Breeder. She said she would love to see her again.
I do have one question? When you take dogs to be fixed does the Vet take them outside to go to the bathroom? I have this fear of them taking her outside and her bolting from them. My vet doesn't have a fenced in area for dogs to go potty. The way Holly has been acting I think if the chance arose I believe she would take off to try and find Nick. This is the first time they have been seperated from each other. Nick takes her to work with him, so they are never seperated. |
