Additionally (and I speak from a boarding kennel manager's point of view) the KENNEL is responsible for the vet bill because THEY are the ones that made this problem occur. I can not even imagine this happening here. Bitches in heat go out with NO ONE and they certainly don't go for walks with other dogs. They are let out into a secure area for exercise and put back into their own pen
Intact males go out with no one else unless they are boarding with a housemate or they are under 12 months old
This is an inexcusable accident and is very negligent
