excuse my ignorance, but what exactly are cd and cdx?
I have looked into Sch traning, and it would be a little more than I can handle. From what I understand Sch traning requires a lot of dedication and time, focused on specific training. It is not that I am not ready to do the work, I hate to sit arround watching TV.
