I got my crates at PetCo - I think they are the Midwest two door folding crates. They were on sale for about $120, and too big for my dogs but they didn't mind the extra space
and never messed in them. I think I got the 30"W x 48"D x 33"H size for dogs up to 110 pounds. I went by height of the dog and length of the dog versus weight when getting my crates.
Ben now has a tent (soft sided) folding crate that weighs significantly less, and we only use it when traveling. Baron HATES the crate 1000% - we used an ExPen for him instead and he never messed in it.
