| Please don't take the puppy back, Robert Bravo is right about alot of things, but I think he is dead wrong on this, how many others have already bought from this a**hole and how many in the future will also? It just isn't going to stop just because you take your puppy back to probably be beaten because now the pup is causing problems.
All of my animals have been abused, I have a male who had not one, but two puppy collars in his neck that had to be surgically removed, he had mange, had a broken rib and was so scared of people he screamed and peed and shook while trying to sink into the floor. My female had her tail and ears cut by what we think was a pair of scissors, and never tended too and were infected almost to the point of her having to be put down.My little male, we found out from the injuries, seemed to have been badly kicked. And these are just a handful of those who have passed through my door.
I don't usually tell the history of my animals, thats not what I am here for, but I thought it would help if you knew that I have helped everyone of them overcome, with time, understanding, praise and absoulute pure trust and love what wonderful and beautiful and magnificent and proud creatures they are- and not once have I ever had a moment that I would have considered "giving them back". They are are well adjusted, I don't walk on egghells around them and very infrequently do I think they actually have an issue that stemmed from young abuse. Just my two cents, you will make a world of difference in this little guy's heart and head and don't think he won't
know once he trusts again. |
