| I have a better suggestion for that piece of filth. Pick up the phone and call the humane society! Inform them of this man's "training techniques" and keep on them until they make a house call! I agree that this puppy should not be taken back to such an environment, but this man must be stopped! If you have witnessed such abuse, make it known to the authorities and don't give up until you get some satisfaction. I have done this in my community and while some people get sick of me for how I look after the neighborhood's animal population, at least I know that dog's lives are a little bit better. My next door neighbor's choc lab got out so many times, I almost ran him over myself. So, one day, I just took him over to the local humane society, informed them of the situation, and the neighbor had to pay $250 just to get his dog out. Suddenly, the dog doesn't get out anymore. Sometimes offering up a little bit of such medicine can go a long way. The humane society may groan about it a little, but try something to make them understand what is going on at this guy's house. |
