| I have a sugestion but it my not be possible for you to do. But it is a sugestion.
Due to the Fact that we know thie complete baffon that calls himself a breeder has no clue what he is talking about. How about trying to give the puppy back and get your money back. Then purchase a puppy from someone who is actually doing things right.
The only reason i mention this is becuase, by buying his puppy it keeps him in business. If no one buys his puppies he would eventually have to stop breeding due to the fact that he isnt maken any money at it.
The only way to stop these moorons is to put them out of business. But considering he is a complete bafoon he may not return your money.
Did he give you a contract? Did he make any temperment garauntees? Whats his policy on returns? If there is any sort of temperment garuantees then you have some grounds to stand on due to the fact that the pup has a problem.
You see this is a early age for pup to have been abused. Even with love and kindness there is a chance that he could never fully recover from it. Oh he will recover but maybe never to his full potential that he could have been if he wasnt abused.
Just a sugestion. Now even if he didnt give you a contract you may have some legal grounds to stand on. If he is in "Business breeding most states require a higher standered from them. Now some states consider a breeder someone who has bred at least 2 times in the past year or two.
Now a person who has one litter and never had one before wouldnt be considered a breeder and wouldnt be held to the same standereds. Each state is a little diferent on how many litters they would have had to have to be considered a Breeder.
Now if he is considered a breeder you have grounds for a refund becuase the dog has a temperment flaw due to his actions. I AM SURE it wouldnt be hard to get some profesional to stand in civil court and give his opinion on how this pup you have has a problem. Shoot id go.
