| Cowering rotti
I have just added a new addition to our family, a 12 week old male Rotti. He is very easily trained, still has accidents in the floor at times, but other than those few times usually at night no problem in house breaking. I have never hit my new "child" but when I approach him he cowers down as if I am going to hit him, or as if he is scared of me. I usually try to approach him and get down on one knee and call him by name and act very happy toward him. What am I doing wrong? How can I stop him from this "cowering" down? Thanks for any advice since this is my first Rotti. |
