Gretchen, I found those collars but at almost $20 each I decided I liked the hankerchiefs better!
However, those little strobe things are about $3.00 and can be found at many Ace Hardware stores. They are called "Pet Strobe" and are made by CMI (made in China) and guaranteed for 5 years. Can't beat that. |
