You can get Rescue Remedy at Wegman's if you have one in your area. Otherwise try a Health Food Store.
Oh Good Luck with poor Bastian. It can't be easy for him. Sable had a E-collar once for a butt hot spot...looked like she could pull in the Disney channel with that thing!
I did find that the E-collar negated the need for a crate.
